Eligible donors will receive one (1) collectible rivalry t-shirt and one (1) Chick-fil-A free chicken sandwich voucher. Voucher expires December 31, 2026. Limit one (1) shirt and one (1) voucher per donor. Voucher is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
