Save time and answer your health questionnaire BEFORE you come to register to donate.

Here’s how it works:

• Click the QuickPass link below to begin your screening questionnaire.
  *Please note that you have to do this questionnaire the day of donation. Anything done earlier cannot be accepted.
  ​
• When you’re finished, make sure you save the barcode to show our registrar.
  *Please print the barcode if you have a printer available. You can also email it to yourself.
   
• ​When you come in to donate, bring your barcode and show it to the registrar when they ask if you have a QuickPass.

That’s it! You’re now ready to save lives!

Note: This process must be done before each donation if using QuickPass.

Disclaimers: QuickPass will not let you skip the line, but it can shorten your wait time to donate. You must bring the barcode to the registrar in order to use your QuickPass. You may still be asked clarifying questions about your questionnaire when you arrive. Completing the questionnaire does not determine your eligibility to donate.
